Our In-Home Care Services
As a home care agency, Liberty Resources Home Choices specializes in different forms of non-medical services that are available on an hourly or as-needed basis. From personal care to lifestyle support, our caregivers assist with the following:
- Mobility and transfers
- Bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Toileting and incontinence
- Medication reminders
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Grocery shopping and other errands
- Light exercise and outdoor activity

We also work with the people we serve to promote safety and fall prevention in the home and coordinate with family caregivers to help ensure they receive uninterrupted support. Our team is on call 24/7 to meet diverse needs.

We provide housing counseling services and assist with tenant/landlord and fair housing rights issues. Our team also can help people transition from a nursing home to a home setting, outfit/retrofit homes, provide access to handicap showers, and more.

Established by Liberty Resources, Inc., the Center for Independent Living in Philadelphia, PA, Liberty Resources Home Choices is a home care agency. We are partially run by people with disabilities and have decades of experience as a trusted provider in local communities. We are dedicated to protecting your right to choose the level of care you need or prefer while remaining in your own home.
Liberty Resources Home Choices can provide services through the Community HealthChoices (CHC) program and is an enrolled provider with the following:

Each of our caregivers is carefully screened using a series of background checks for the safety and peace of mind of the people we help.
